"Application") for mobile devices, created by RD Technology (the "Service
Provider") as a Freemium service.Upon downloading or utilizing the Application, you are automatically agreeing
to the following terms. It is strongly advised that you thoroughly read and
understand these terms prior to using the Application.================================================================================1. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Application, or our trademarks is strictly prohibited. Any attempts to extract
the source code of the Application, translate the Application into other
languages, or create derivative versions are not permitted. All trademarks,
copyrights, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to
the Application remain the property of the Service Provider.================================================================================2. SMS MESSAGING PROGRAM

Operated by: RD TechnologyProgram Description: MyFollowUp enables local service businesses to send
automated SMS messages to their customers, including appointment reminders,
rebooking prompts, review requests, and promotional messages.Message Frequency: Message frequency varies. Typical frequency is 1 to 8
messages per month per customer.Message and Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply.Opt-Out: Reply STOP to cancel. You will receive one confirmation and no further messages will be sent.Help: Reply HELP for assistance, or email [email protected].Consent: Consent to receive SMS messages is not required as a condition of purchase or service.Opt-In Details: https://myfollowup-admin.vercel.app/sms-optinSupport: Email [email protected]

================================================================================The Service Provider is dedicated to ensuring that the Application is as
beneficial and efficient as possible. The Service Provider reserves the right
to modify the Application or charge for services at any time and for any reason.
Any charges for the Application or its services will be clearly communicated
to you before they are applied.================================================================================4. DATA & SECURITY
================================================================================The Application stores and processes personal data you have provided in order
to deliver the Service. It is your responsibility to maintain the security of
your phone and access to the Application.The Service Provider strongly advises against jailbreaking or rooting your
device. Such actions could expose your phone to malware and security
vulnerabilities, and may result in the Application not functioning correctly
or at all.================================================================================5. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
================================================================================The Application utilizes third-party services that have their own Terms and

================================================================================Some functions of the Application require an active internet connection via
Wi-Fi or mobile data. The Service Provider cannot be held responsible if the
Application does not function at full capacity due to lack of internet access
or exhausted data allowance.If you use the Application outside of a Wi-Fi area, your mobile network
provider's agreement terms still apply. You may incur charges from your mobile
provider for data usage, including roaming charges if used outside your home
territory. By using the Application, you accept responsibility for any such
charges. If you are not the bill payer for the device, you confirm that you
have obtained permission from the bill payer.================================================================================7. DEVICE RESPONSIBILITY
================================================================================The Service Provider cannot assume responsibility for all aspects of your use
of the Application. It is your responsibility to ensure your device remains
charged and operational. If your device runs out of battery and you cannot
access the Service, the Service Provider cannot be held responsible.================================================================================8. ACCURACY & LIABILITY
================================================================================While the Service Provider strives to keep the Application updated and accurate,
they rely on third parties to provide certain information. The Service Provider
accepts no liability for any loss, direct or indirect, experienced as a result
of relying entirely on any functionality of the Application.================================================================================9. ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE
================================================================================The Application incorporates Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies to
provide certain features and services, including message personalization and
automation suggestions. By using the Application, you acknowledge and agree
that AI may be used to process data and deliver functionalities. The Service
Provider ensures that all AI usage complies with applicable laws and is designed
to benefit the user experience.================================================================================10. UPDATES & TERMINATION
================================================================================The Service Provider may update the Application at any point. Requirements for
the operating system may change, and you may need to download updates to
continue using the Application. The Service Provider does not guarantee that
the Application will always remain compatible with your device's operating
system version.You agree to accept updates to the Application when offered. The Service
Provider may also cease providing the Application and may terminate its use at
any time without notice. Upon termination: (a) all rights and licenses granted
to you will end; (b) you must cease using the Application and delete it from
